How to Find and Use Your Chassis Number (Jamaica)
The single most reliable way to get the right part is to send your chassis number. It tells us the exact year, engine and trim — far more precise than "Honda Fit" or "Civic". Here is how to find it.
Where the chassis number is
On most Japanese cars the chassis number is on a sticker inside the driver's door jamb, and often stamped on the engine-bay firewall. Your registration and title also show it.
- Driver's door jamb sticker
- Engine-bay firewall stamp
- Vehicle title and registration
Why it matters
Two cars that look identical can use different parts depending on year, engine and trim. The chassis number removes the guesswork so you do not buy the wrong part.
How to send it
WhatsApp us the chassis number plus the part you need. If you can, add a photo of the old part. We confirm fitment and price before you travel.
Frequently asked
Is the chassis number the same as the VIN?
On Japanese-market cars the chassis/frame number serves the same identifying purpose as a VIN. Either way, send us what is on your door jamb or title.
